The inlet at Little Washington, NC makes one hell of a backdrop!

I'm gonna buy a foxbody!! And no I won't shit it around, as I am 16 and that would be the stereotype. No, first I am gonna get the exterior looking nice, will have it painted, then wheels, and maybe a bumper or fender or something to touch it up. Redo the interior, mostly factory, then I will clean up the suspension and add roll bars and new shocks, then I will finally get to work on the motor, I want the car to present itself before killing all the red light civics, but first things first, bolt ons!
I live in NC, great pictures!

Beautiful Fox body. Now please, please tell me that hood scoop is necessary because there's a tall deck Windsor under there or the engine's carbureted and you've made it functional!
Yes, please tell me that! Because I shiver to think of the other possibily.

It will be! Once I finish building my carbed 302 there will be a hole cut in the hood for more air!! Right now its non-functional and under the hood is a wimpy little 2.3L 4 Banger.

That's a beautiful car you've got as a starting point for your project and I really look forward to seeing it finished. I just have a strange aversion to nonfunctional hood scoops which was multiplied last night by too many beverages consumed while watching Alabama and LSU.

Lmfaoo I totally Understand man! I've been meaning to cut the hole in the hood that matches the one in the 4-eye Mustang hoods that the scoop came off of.
When I do the Carbed 302 I desperately want to find the Dual Snorkel Intake from the 1985 GT's and have the hole in the hood as well as the snorkels going thru the inner fenders.

I was wondering about swaps too, was considering a 351 or a pre-built 331, I think Fords 331 is very powerful, I mean look at the Shelby and 00' Cobra R. I think a 351 swap would be easiest. But I think I'll end up slapping this on there after I do the cams and fuel pump etc, http://www.americanmuscle.com/hellion-turbo-…
